Undoubtedly, the most common and popular , perfect  combination  and a favorite afternoon snacks of the Ligaoeños. Pansit Bato;  Dinuguan “Rinuguan”, stew of  pork offal  and / or meat simmered  in a rich, spicy  dark gravy  of pig blood, chili and vinegar; Sinaput, halves of young bananas dipped  in rice flour and deep fried.
