In the recently concluded 2017 Regional Civil Registration Quiz held last February 20, 2017 at BSP-Legazpi Branch, Mrs. Mary Ann L. Piraman, Registration Officer I of the Civil Registry Office of Ligao City was hailed Champion.

The quiz was sponsored by the Philippine Statistics Office-Regional Statistical Office V and was participated by the representatives of different provincial civil registrars’ associations of the Bicol Region. Ms. Piraman represented the Association of Civil Registrars of Albay, Inc.
