To provide quality education to all residents in line with Information Technology at par with other urban centers equipped with the latest facilities and state-of-the-art technology.

- Conduct free literacy training(Office System Application) for Elementary Level, College Level, and Professional Level.
- Provide Technical Assistance to different offices at LGU-Ligao and other requesting agencies.
