HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
Tula-Tula (Pequeño) was once a sition of Tula-Tula (Grande). It is situated on a plateau which is about 2 kilometers from Tula-Tula (Grande).
A fiesta is celebrated every 21st day of June in honor of their patron saint San Vicente.
Physical Characteristics
Barangay Tula-Tula (Pequeño) has a total land area of 632.22 hectares (ha). Its terrain is mountainous. It is bounded on the East by Barangay Macalidong; on the West by Barangay Tula-Tula (Grande); on the North by Barangay Tinampo and on the south by Barangay Busac.

The barangay day care center and the Tula-tula Pequeño elementary school are the only educational facilities in barangay Tula-tula Pequeño. The nearest secondary educational facility is located 10 kilometers away, while the closest college/university can be found 10 kilometers at the center hub of Ligao City.
The barangay also provides basic health care services through its Barangay Health Center. The nearest public/private hospital and drugstore can be found 10 kilometers from the barangay hall respectively.
Multi-Purpose Hall, and Barangay Outpost are the two (2) Service Facilities offered in the barangay. Other nearest Service Facilities are located 10 km away, in the center hub of the City of Ligao.
Mode of Public Transportation
Barangay Tula-tula Pequeño can be accessed by land through motorcycles/habal habal, tricycles and PUJs (Public Utility Jeepney). There are concrete access roads that connect the barangay to other places in the municipality.
By land, Barangay Tula-tula Pequeño is approximately a 20-25-minute ride from Poblacion of City of Ligao.
Motorcycles/habal habal and tricycles are used as public transportation to move around the barangay.
Credit Institutions
Although there is no established credit institution in the barangay, residents can still avail credit programs. Collectors of the credit institutions facilitate application process and payments by going directly to the barangay. One of the biggest credit institutions in the barangay is the Local Government of Ligao City through the City Cooperative and Development Office and City Agriculture Office, with the goal of uplifting the economic status of the families in the City.
Water & Sanitation
Majority of the residents in barangay Tula-tula Pequeño have access to potable water through community water systems, piped deep well, bottled water, and through shared community water systems.
Power and Electricity
The Albay Power and Energy Corporation (APEC) provides electric service in the barangay.
Waste Management
Barangay Tula-tula Pequeño’s primary form of waste management are burning of wastes, compost pits, and recycling they also practice waste management through segregation in which both biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes are collected by the City of Ligao garbage truck.
The Ecological Solid Waste Management are strengthened through City Ordinances 2011-002 also known as Solid Waste Management Ordinance and 2011-018, the Anti-Plastic Ordinance. These ordinances are in compliance to Republic Act 9003, otherwise known as Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000.
Peace and Order
Barangay Tanods conduct daily rounds to ensure maintenance of Peace and Order in the barangay, focusing their rounds more on the barangay proper.
